Weber New Water Resources Director

Weber’s experience includes more than 30 years in both the public and private utility industry with experience in water and wastewater operations, regulatory compliance, utility development, finance, engineering and customer service. He also served as Deputy Director of Water Services for the city of Glendale, General Manager for private water company Algonquin Water Services and President and General Manager of the Community Water Company of Green Valley. 

“I’m looking forward to working closely with the professionals in Buckeye’s Water Resources Department, city staff and the residents of Buckeye,” Weber stated. “The department has accomplished a great deal in the past few years, and I am confident I can continue contributing to their success.” 

Mr. Weber is a registered Professional Engineer, with a Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University. He also has Grade 4 certifications from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality in water distribution, wastewater collection, water treatment and wastewater treatment. 

Weber will begin his duties with Buckeye on June 25.
