Fitness in the Park @ Sundance Park

Sundance Park is the place to be Monday through Thursday evenings beginning August 21st from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. for FREE workout programs!

Fitness in the Park provides a large park where your children can play while you complete a one-hour workout. The music is great and classes are taught by certified instructors that will make working out fun and also leave you in great shape.

Here’s the schedule:

  • Mondays – Ignite Yoga (postures, alignment and breathing)
  • Tuesdays – PiYo (Pilates and Yoga combined)
  • Wednesdays – POUND (fun, fast-paced workout with drumsticks)
  • Thursdays – CrossFit Fury (cardio, weight lifting and core training)

Exercising with a group helps you stay motivated and shakes up your exercise routine. It’s also a great way to meet new people and friends. Classes are open to all levels – from beginners to experts.

Pre-registration is not required for these free classes. Just show up with a water bottle and get going.

Babies from birth to 23 months (accompanied by a favorite adult) have fun sharing books, songs, finger plays, and more. Learn tips to build a foundation for reading. Playtime follows program. No registration is required. PROGRAM BEGINNING BEFORE LIBRARY OPENS – PLEASE ENTER THROUGH SIDE DOOR.
