The Finance Department’s mission is to provide our customers, both inside City government and out in our community, with professional, courteous and reliable services that are timely, accurate and valuable.

We perform a wide variety of financial functions for the City:

  • Financial reporting
  • Budget preparation and monitoring
  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) and Improvement Districts (IDs) administration and accounting
  • Business licensing
  • Residential rental compliance activities
