The Buckeye Town Council has adopted a new Development User Fee Schedule. These new fees are effective Monday, July 9, 2012. The new Development User Fee Schedule is posted on the Town's website under the Home, Development Services, Engineering, Planning and Zoning, Building Safety, and Permit Center pages.

**New Residential Photovoltaic System Requirements**
As of August 2011, the Town of Buckeye has approved new requirements for installing photovoltaic systems on single family residences. Please see the new checklist for what is required for permitting. The Town is no longer requiring Roof Truss Structural Engineering for every residence, it will be based on a case by case scenario as deemed by our Chief Building Official.

*Please check with your HOA prior to submitting to the Town for your permits, your HOA may have separate requirements needed.*
