Main Function

The main function of the Planning & Zoning Division is to assure the community vision, as identified in the Town's General Plan, is consistent for all proposals to the Town Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission.


Planning and Zoning Meeting Dates

The Town of Buckeye Planning and Zoning Commission meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month (excluding holidays) at 6:00pm in the Town Council Chambers at 530 East Monroe Avenue.

Please note that our fee worksheet format has been updated. There are tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet indicating your submittal type, thus eliminating the need to print a 3 page document.
