Main Function
The main function of the Planning & Zoning Division is to assure the community vision, as identified in the Town's General Plan, is consistent for all proposals to the Town Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission.

                                                                                  **NOTICE**
The Buckeye Town Council has adopted a new Development User Fee Schedule. These fees are effective Monday, July 9, 2012. The new Development Fee Schedule is posted on the Town website under the Home, Development Services, Engineering, Planning and Zoning, Building Safety, and Permit Center pages.

Planning and Zoning Meeting Dates

The Town of Buckeye Planning and Zoning Commission meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month (excluding holidays) at 6:00pm in the Town Council Chambers at 530 East Monroe Avenue.
