Biography
Councilmember Dr. Robert Doster has served the Buckeye community for years. He recently completed his seventh year as a member of the Town Council, and has also served on the Buckeye Elementary School District Board for 16 years, on the Buckeye Union High School Board for eight years and served as a liaison on the Airport Advisory Board. Dr. Doster is currently a liaison to the Town's Planning and Development Board.

A native of Kingman, Ohio, Dr. Doster received his veterinarian degree from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, in 1960, and a year later opened the Buckeye Animal Clinic. He lives with his wife of 45 years, Mary Lou, at 23360 W. Arrow Dr. The couple has four children and three grandchildren.

Dr. Doster has been a member and past president of the Buckeye Valley Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Buckeye Kiwanis Club, a member of the Arizona Academy of Veterinarians, and a member of Community Church of Buckeye for 45 years.
