The Community Services Community Action Program Division (CAP) assists individuals and families in financial crisis and partners with the community to offer a hand up by providing the tools needed for future resiliency.

Request for Financial Assistance
The Community Action Program Division regrets the necessity to temporarily stop accepting pre-screening forms for utility, emergency, weatherization, and repair/replacement assistance until further notice. This is due to the State of Arizona Attorney General seeking clarification to Bill HB 2008. Please check our website www.buckeyeaz.gov or call Community Services at 623-349-6600 for future pre-screening forms acceptance dates. Please do not contact us regarding acceptance dates until after December 3, 2009.
