The Town of Buckeye Rules of Procedure, Amended and Restated March 2, 2010, Section 5-A, requires the Town Clerk to prepare all Public Meeting Notices of the Town Council, and shall ensure posting of the meeting notices no less than 24 hours before the date and time set for said meetings in accordance with ARIZ. REV. STAT 38-431.01 (C). Any potential gathering of a quorum of the Town Council shall be posted in the official posting places:
