Contractors doing business in the Town of Buckeye are required to have a Town of Buckeye business license.  Sub-contractors are NOT excluded from this requirement.  Contractors must apply for a license, and with the application are required to submit a copy of their Transaction Privilege Tax license and their ROC license.  This license must be kept current while working in the Town. 

This is an annual license with a fee of $100.00 and a one time application fee of $25.00.
