The Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Cemetery is maintained and operated by the Buckeye Fire Department. The administrative office for the Buckeye Fire Department is located at 100 North Apache Road in Buckeye, Arizona.

Please note:

• Glass and ceramic is prohibited
• Benches, trellis, stauary, lanterns or other structures are prohibited
• Planting of flowers, trees, or shrubs is prohibited
• Willfully marking, defacing or damaging any property is prohibited
• Staff will remove weathered or unsightly floral displays
• Staff will remove all unapproved items as per Town ordinance
• All improvements and monument installations are to be performed by town staff
