The Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Cemetery is maintained and operated by the Buckeye Fire Department. The administrative office for the Buckeye Fire Department is located at 530 E Monroe Avenue in Buckeye, Arizona.

Please note:

• Glass and ceramic is prohibited
• Benches, trellis, stauary, lanterns or other structures are prohibited
• Planting of flowers, trees, or shrubs is prohibited
• Willfully marking, defacing or damaging any property is prohibited
• Staff will remove weathered or unsightly floral displays
• Staff will remove all unapproved items as per Town ordinance
• All improvements and monument installations are to be performed by town staff
