Records
The Records Division maintains copies of departmental reports and is responsible for addressing records requests made by the general public and other law enforcement or criminal justice agencies. The Records Divison operates during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. A copy of a report can be obtained three ways:
WALK-IN
Come to the lobby of the Buckeye Police Department and fill out required paperwork
MAIL
Complete a Records Request Form and mail, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Citizens have the option of having the report picked up in person, mailed or faxed. The Buckeye Police Department does not
e-mail reports and does not accept emailed requests.
It is suggested that you call the Records Division at (623) 349-6401 or (623) 349-6423 prior to mailing a request for information, as there may be a fee involved. Please provide the report number for the report in question when making a request.

Many agencies require that you be printed on a card that has been provided to you.
If you do not have your own card, we will print you on a blank fingerprint card. If your
card is rejected for a reason other than the quality of prints, we will be unable to refund
the fee. A valid picture ID is required to be fingerprinted.
