Team Values and Guidelines
In support of the Town Council goals, we have established the Development Services Department Team Values and Guidelines. These Values and Guidelines were created as a set of behavioral principles that point us toward how to improve customer service and our service to each other. By adhering to these Values and Guidelines we show our commitment to improved public service and our commitment to our co-workers. We have set high expectations for ourselves and with the shared values of Respect, Trust and Cooperation as our guide, we will meet those expectations.

Mission Statement
The Mission of the Development Services Department is to assist the Town Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission to plan and manage the growth of the Town consistent with the Town's adopted goals and objectives. This is accomplished by issuing permits, performing inspections and reviewing building plans to ensure consistency with the Buckeye General Plan and Development Code-2010.
