The final transition to our new and improved billing and customer management system is here!

All water, sewer and trash customers will receive a paper bill in the mail by mid-March.

Once you receive your first paper bill, you will be able to access the new Customer Self Service portal.

Please Note – you will not be able to log into the CSS until the paper bill arrives in your mailbox!

Your New Account Number and Customer ID Number are on this bill and you need this information to access the CSS portal and sign up to make one-time and automated payments.

Remember – If you normally pay your month bill through your bank (online banking) you will need to update your Payee information for the city with your new account number.

Customers using Xpress Bill Pay, may do so until they receive their first bill. Xpress Bill Pay will no longer be a payment option once you receive your paper bill in the mail. We apologize for any inconvenience.
