New billing software for water, sewer and trash customers

Buckeye’s Water Resources Department is rolling out a new billing system to provide more features and benefits to customers. The first bills arrived in customer mailboxes this week.

New features and benefits of the new billing system include:Mom, Dad and child on tablet

  • Easier account management
  • Secured payment options
  • Real-time posting of transactions
  • Up to 24 months of water usage history printed on your bill

“It’s been more than 10 years since our current billing system was updated,” said Interim Water Resources Director Mark Seamans. “This new system will be a great tool for our residents. They can pay their bills directly online and also have the ability check on the status of their account if they ever have questions about their bill.”
