Excite Your Workout with Free Fitness classes

Shake up your exercise routine with motivation from your neighbors with Buckeye Recreation Department’s FREE Fitness in the Park workout program. Classes are held every Monday through Thursday evening at Sundance Park from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. 

Classes start the week of August 27 and are open to all ages, beginners and experts alike.  

This popular ongoing program offers a large park for your children to play while you complete the one-hour workout featuring some of the most popular classes offered at gyms across the county. outdoor workout class at sunset

It’s the same great music with excellent, certified instructors. The only difference is the classes are FREE and open to everyone. All you need is a water bottle and to show up every day. No need to pre-register.

Here’s the schedule:

  • Mondays - Ignite Yoga where you learn yoga postures, breathing techniques and proper alignment. 
  • Tuesdays - PiYo offers a high intensity low impact workout combining Pilates and Yoga moves. 
  • Wednesdays - ZUMBA with international music and dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting aerobic workout. 
  • Thursdays - CrossFit Fury, a full body workout that combines cardio, core training and more.

Excite your exercise routine, get out of the house and meet your neighbors. 

Sundance Park is located at 22865 W. Lower Buckeye Road, Buckeye. Programs are offered in an open field.
