Free workshop on mindful eating
Changing the way you think about food can improve your health. Mindful Eating is a free workshop scheduled on April 25 from 6 to 7 p.m. at Sundance Park, 22865 W. Lower Buckeye Road.
This free workshop is part of Buckeye’s popular Fitness in the Park series and hosted by registered Behavioral Dietitian Maya Nara.
The class teaches you how to use mindful eating tools to dramatically change your health without a lot of physical effort. Eating mindfully also improves your relationship with food and ultimately your overall health.
No need to pre-register. Please bring a chair and be prepared to take notes. The workshop is at the same location and field as other Fitness in the Park classes.
