Buckeye restricting public access to city buildings
Effective at 6 p.m. today, Buckeye will begin restricting public access to city buildings.
This does not mean City Hall is closed. It means we are protecting the health and safety of our residents and employees by limiting interaction with others.
City employees are still available to assist residents and businesses with planning and zoning, building permits and engineering services by appointment during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
You can make an appointment with the following departments by calling or emailing:
- Planning & Zoning – email@example.com or 623-349-6233
- Building permits – firstname.lastname@example.org or 623-349-2000
- Engineering questions – email@example.com or 623-349-6265
Project meetings will also change to conference calls or video conferencing.
Over the past week, Buckeye implemented other safety measures as this situation changed and developed. A complete list of city facilities, programs and events affected by COVID-19 are on the city’s website buckeyeaz.gov/covid-19response that is updated continuously.
