Buckeye’s Procurement Division has earned the prestigious 2025 Annual Achievement of Excellence in Procurement (AEP) Award from the National Procurement Institute.

The AEP award recognizes public and non-profit agencies that demonstrate a strong commitment to procurement excellence. The annual program recognizes professional procurement organizations that embrace innovation, professionalism, productivity, leadership and e-procurement. The AEP program encourages the development of excellence, as well as continued organizational improvement, to earn the award annually.

Buckeye was among a select group of 216 agencies across the United States and Canada, and one of only 85 U.S. cities, to be honored with this achievement. This was Buckeye’s first time receiving this award.
