Be part of the Buckeye Halloween Carnival

Post Date:08/19/2025 11:43 a.m.

Halloween Carnival -Logo-01Buckeye is hosting the 85th annual Halloween Carnival in Downtown Buckeye on Saturday, Oct. 25, and we need the community’s help to make it happen.

Buckeye’s Community Service Department is seeking non-profit groups to host carnival games as a fundraiser as well as event volunteers to help with a variety of tasks for the event.

This event is unique as it embraces a proud community tradition by allowing non-profits, organizations, groups, schools and churches that benefit the Buckeye community to earn 100% of the proceeds raised. At this event, non-profit community groups are invited to run carnival style booths to raise money for their organization. Last year’s event raised over $43,000 that went directly back to the non-profits. All organizations must have a valid 501c3, be located in and/or primarily serve the Buckeye area and must be a registered vendor with the city of Buckeye to participate in this event.

Volunteers are needed to assist with a variety of positions and shifts between noon to 10 p.m. Positions include assisting with event set-up/take-down, candy distribution, costume contest, vendor check-in and more. This is an exciting way to give back this fall and be part of this 85th annual event attracting thousands of visitors from Buckeye. Plus, you’ll meet new people, earn volunteer credit hours and receive a free custom volunteer t-shirt.

Volunteer opportunities are open for both groups and individuals, and ages 16+ are welcome to participate.

All registration and sign-up applications can be found at buckeyeaz.gov/HalloweenCarnival.
