Fitness in the Park

6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Fitness in the Park is back with classes starting February 2, 2026. All classes are free to attend. This popular program is for ages 18+ and all experience levels are welcome. Classes are led by certified instructors that are fun and upbeat! Register online for each class you plan to attend.

Sundance Park

Monday: Yoga
Journey through all seven chakras to balance and improve your energetic and physical functions.
Tuesday: Zumba

Wednesday: Mixxed Fit
This class features explosive dance moves and toning exercises with high-energy music for a thrilling workout experience.
Thursday: Commit Dance Fitness
This is a fun-filled HIIT (high intensity interval training) influenced dance fitness workout. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements created to a variety of popular music.


Tartesso Sports Park

Monday: Flex and Flow Fitness
Discover a transformative exercise class that seamlessly blends yoga, Pilates and a variety of movement techniques to improve your strength, flexibility and balance.
Wednesday: Commit Dance Fitness
