The city has a recorded message system that will contact you by telephone with important information about your water service. This is especially helpful in the event of an emergency and your water needs to be turned off temporarily.

Please make sure your current telephone number and email address are on file with our Utility Billing division to ensure that you receive these notifications.

If you are experiencing an after-hours emergency, such as a leaking water main or water in the street, use the number above. Be prepared to give your location and describe the exact nature of the leak.
