To establish water, sewer or trash service with Buckeye, please complete an utility service application. You will receive an email notification once your account has been successfully created.

All applications must be submitted at least three business days prior to the requested service activation or termination date. If you require service sooner, please visit Utility Billing in person at one of the following locations:

  • The Landing: 945 215th Ave. Suite 137 Buckeye, Az 85326
  • City Hall: 530 E. Monroe Ave. Buckeye, AZ 85326

Activation Fees

The following refundable deposits are required at the time of application:

$500.00 Commercial with up to 2" water/sewer services

The city of Buckeye’s Water Resources Department will waive the required residential deposit for customers who provide a Letter of Credit from their previous utility provider and meet all eligibility criteria.

New customers and customers transferring existing service will also be charged the following non-refundable fee on their first bill:

Deposit Credit Information

Customers who have paid a deposit and maintain twelve consecutive months of on-time payments will have their deposit automatically credited to their utility account.
