City Attorney

The Buckeye City Attorney, Tosca Henry, was appointed by the City Council and serves as the legal counselor and advisor of the Mayor, City Council, city management and each of the departments.

The City Attorney’s Office, comprised of the Civil and Criminal divisions, serves as the legal authority for the city of Buckeye, providing comprehensive legal counsel and representation to ensure lawful and effective municipal operations. The City Attorney’s Office represents the city in all legal proceedings, including civil litigation, criminal misdemeanor prosecutions and designated civil traffic and code enforcement matters arising within city limits.

The City Attorney’s Office cannot provide legal advice or representation to individual persons or businesses on private or city related legal matters.
