Keeping You Posted

Whenever the City Council meets, you need to know about it. We adhere to specific rules of procedure that govern the way we keep our residents informed of these meetings.

They state that the City Clerk “shall prepare all Public Meeting Notices of the City Council, and shall ensure posting of the meeting notices no less than 24 hours before the date and time set for said meetings in accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.01.”

The rules go on to say that any potential gathering of a quorum of the City Council will be posted in the official posting place: City Hall, 530 E. Monroe Ave. Buckeye, Arizona 85326.
