Special Event Liquor License Application
Special Event Liquor Licenses are regulated by the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. If this license suits your needs, please complete the following:
Applicant:
- Complete the City Special Event Liquor License Application
- Complete the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control Application for Special Event License
- Submit the completed forms to the City Clerk's Office by email to cityclerk@buckeyeaz.gov
Once the State application has been approved, the application will then be signed and returned to the applicant. The responsibility falls upon the applicant to provide the application and payment to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control. Please refer to our Business License Fee webpage to view the liquor license fees.
Permanent Extension of Premises Application
Permanent Extension of Premises Applications are regulated by the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. If this license suits your needs, please complete the following:
Applicant:
- Complete the Permanent Extension of Premises Application
- Submit the completed form to the City Clerk's Office by email to cityclerk@buckeyeaz.gov.
Once the State’s application has been approved, the application will then be signed and returned to the applicant. The responsibility falls upon the applicant to provide the application and payment to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control.
