• 457 Deferred Compensation Plan
  • A 457(b) deferred compensation plan is available to all benefit-eligible employees. Employees can contribute voluntarily to increase their retirement savings. Additionally, the city contributes 1% of your salary to your 457(b) account. This plan is separate from the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) and provides an additional way to prepare for retirement.
