When you are ready to make a payment to the court, here are the options in which payments can be submitted:

What if I Can't Afford to Make a Payment?

Call, email or visit the court to talk about your situation:

What Happens if I Don't Make My Payments?

The court can do the following: 

For Civil Traffic Cases: 

  • Impose a $25 default fee per charge
  • Send your case to a collection agency (you may have to pay extra collection costs and your credit may be negatively affected)
  • Prevent you from re-registering your vehicles in Arizona
  • Seize your Arizona tax refund

For Criminal Cases: 

  • Issue a warrant and require you to pay a warrant fee
  • For criminal traffic charges your driving privileges will be suspended
  • Send your case to a collection agency (you may have to pay additional collection costs and your credit may be negatively affected)
  • Prevent you from re-registering your vehicles in Arizona
  • Seize your Arizona tax refund

If you cannot make your payment on time, contact the court to see what other options you have.
