What if I Can't Afford to Make a Payment?
Call, email or visit the court to talk about your situation:

What Happens if I Don't Make My Payments?
The court can do the following:
For Civil Traffic Cases:
- Impose a $25 default fee per charge
- Send your case to a collection agency (you may have to pay extra collection costs and your credit may be negatively affected)
- Prevent you from re-registering your vehicles in Arizona
- Seize your Arizona tax refund
For Criminal Cases:
- Issue a warrant and require you to pay a warrant fee
- For criminal traffic charges your driving privileges will be suspended
- Send your case to a collection agency (you may have to pay additional collection costs and your credit may be negatively affected)
- Prevent you from re-registering your vehicles in Arizona
- Seize your Arizona tax refund
If you cannot make your payment on time, contact the court to see what other options you have.
