Many of the court's proceedings can be handled remotely. See Administrative Order No. 2023-05 regarding Conducting Remote Hearings. If you would like to appear via Zoom for your proceeding, send your request to courtinfo@buckeyeaz.gov.

If your case is handled remotely, your current scheduled date and time to appear will be changed to accommodate the court's virtual calendar.

When a Notice of Appearance is filed in a criminal case, the court will automatically set the case for a virtual court pre-trial conference.
