Exciting developments are coming to the community as Buckeye plans a brand-new library in Festival Ranch, located near the intersection of Beardsley Pkwy. and Canyon Springs Blvd. Designed to be a vibrant hub for learning, connection and discovery, this modern facility will offer expanded access to books, digital resources, educational programming and welcoming spaces for residents of all ages.

Public Survey
Community members can take an online survey to share their vision for a new library and community center.
As Buckeye continues to grow, we are gathering direct public input to ensure the new library meets the specific needs, interests and daily habits of local families and residents.
The survey will remain open through Friday, September 25, 2026. Results will directly impact the planning, design and programming phases of the new Festival library.

Community Open House
In addition to the online survey, Buckeye will host a Community Open House on Thursday, September 17, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Festival Foothills Elementary School (26252 W. Desert Vista Blvd.). Residents are invited to drop in at any time during the event to speak with city staff, review preliminary concepts, ask questions and share their feedback on the new facility in person.
