Ramada and field rentals are available at most Buckeye parks. All parks are open from dawn to 10 p.m. Reservations are encouraged to be made online but can also be completed in person at Dr. Saide or Sundance Recreation Centers.
General Ramada Rental Information:
| Booking Window: | Up to 60 days in advance. |
| Beer and Wine: | Beer and wine are permitted at park ramadas with a valid Beer/Wine Permit ($25, must be purchased in person who must be present for the rental). Limited to 20 adults. Beer and wine must be in cans, boxes or non-glass cups. No bottles, glass containers, kegs or liquor. |
| Cancellations: | Full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours before reservation. No refund within 72 hours. |
| Cleanup: | The rented area must be left in the same condition it was found. All trash must be placed in provided receptacles. Large items must be removed from the park and disposed of off-site. |
| Food: | Catering services are allowed at ramadas except those in Skyline Regional Park. Food trucks are not permitted. |
| Inflatables: | Permitted with a valid Inflatable Permit ($20). Limited to one 15'x15' inflatable per rental. A certificate of insurance naming the city of Buckeye as additionally insured is required. Inflatables are not permitted at Skyline Regional Park, Sundance Park Ramadas 7–16, the Lake Pavilion or the Grand Pavilion. |
| Notice: | Minimum three business days in advance. |
| Pop-up Tents: | Not permitted. |
| Prohibited Items: | Deep fryers, gas or propane grills (charcoal grills provided), water balloons, confetti, sky lanterns, silly string, petting zoos, pony rides, carnival rides, dunk tanks, rock climbing walls, water slides, paintball and popcorn or cotton candy machines. |
| Sound: | Small speakers permitted. Sound must not be audible more than 50 feet from the source and must not disturb the surrounding area. DJ, bands and PA systems are not permitted. All amplified sound must conclude by 10 p.m. No amplified sound at Skyline Regional Park. |
| Time Blocks: | Four-hour blocks: 8 a.m. – Noon | Noon – 4 p.m. | 4 – 8 p.m |
Rates:
| Small Ramada (20' x 20'): 25 People | Resident: $10 per four-hour block Non-resident: $20 per four-hour block |
| Medium Ramada (40' x 50'): 75 People | Resident: $50 per four-hour block Non-resident: $100 per four-hour block |
| Large Ramada (50' x 100'): 300 People | Resident: $150 per four-hour block Non-resident: $250 per four-hour block |
