BOLD is a curb-to-curb shared ride service dedicated to serving eligible residents within the boundaries of Buckeye. Whether you are headed to an appointment or running an errand, we provide a reliable and professional way to get around town. Every vehicle in our fleet is fully paratransit capable, ensuring that all members of our community can travel with ease.
Travel remains affordable with a flat rate of $2 per one-way trip. To help us provide the most efficient service for everyone, we require all passengers to book their reservations at least one business day in advance.
Eligibility
To qualify, residents must fall under one of the following categories and provide supporting documentation.
- Residents ages 60 years or older
- Qualifying documentation is a state issued ID or valid birth certificate
- Individual with a disability
- Qualifying documentation is a current SSI award letter or notification from a health care provider
- U.S. Veteran
- Qualifying documentation is a DD Form 214, Veteran’s Identification Card (VIC) or an Arizona ID with Veteran designation
To reserve a ride, you must first fill out an application to be qualified. Please allow two business days for your application to be processed before you can book a ride.
Reserving a Ride
Operating hours are Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
There are three ways you can reserve your ride:

- The GO BOLD app (available through your phone’s app store)

Please have the following information ready when you want to book a ride:
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Pickup address
- Preferred pickup time
- If you are traveling with a mobility device (what type)
- If you are traveling with companions or a Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
- Please note that additional companions beyond a PCA will only be accommodated if there are enough seats available
- Any accommodation you may need
Booking a ride for the next business day must be completed by 4 p.m. the previous business day. You may book rides as far ahead as seven days in advance. You can book as many as six rides at a time.
Please don’t forget to book your return trip if you need one. Each trip is considered one-way; you will need to book a separate return trip.
