Buckeye Air Fair featuring the Copper State Fly-in @ the Buckeye Airport

Thursday, Feb. 6 - Sun. Feb. 9, 2020|8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Join us for the 2020 Buckeye Air Fair featuring the COPPERSTATE Fly-In! This year's event will include a fly-in and expo for General Aviation pilots with an event that is open to the public both February 8th & 9th. Featured Activities Saturday and Sunday: - Air Show - Helicopter Candy Drop - Aviation vendors - Static military and aviation displays - Simulators - Kid's Zone - Arizona SciTech Festival - Helicopter and plane rides - Much, much more! Entry to the event is FREE, some activities will have a nominal fee.
Be part of the 6th Annual Dog Days of Buckeye! This event features local vendors & activities for all dog lovers needs. Check back for more event details!
Come celebrate Spring in Buckeye! There will be a lot of fun for the entire family. Event will have bounce houses, pony and train rides, a petting zoo, carnival games, face painting and much more. Don't forget to decorate your personal Easter egg and get your professional photo taken with the Easter Bunny. Egg hunts will occur every half hour beginning at 9:30 a.m. Check back in for the egg hunt schedule to be posted.
Spring Demolition Derby @ the Buckeye Arena (802 N. 1st St.)
Saturday, May 9, 2020|7 - 9:30 p.m.
The Demolition Derby is the 'Most fun you can have on a Saturday Night'. Food and drink vendors are on sight and a kids zone is provided for a fee. Lawn mower racing rounds out the evening of demolition derby fun. Spring & Fall events.
Buckeye Pool Days @ Aquatics Center
Saturday (Memorial Day - Labor Day weekend) | 12:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Grab your sunglasses and sunblock and head to the Buckeye Aquatics Center! Buckeye Pool Days welcomes organizations to sponsor the pool for an entire day (Saturday) that allows the local community to swim for FREE! Pool Days are also a great opportunity to host an information table, promote water safety and water demonstrations to the Buckeye residents.
Independence Day Celebration @ Youngker High School

Pack your blanket and chairs and enjoy the festive summer afternoon with water slides, All-American eats & treats and live entertainment at the 4th of July celebration! Join us for an evening of fun and activities for the whole family that will end with a patriotic Firework show at 9p.m.!
80th Annual Halloween Carnival @ Earl Edgar Park
Saturday, October 24, 2020 | 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
The Halloween Carnival is traditional carnival that dates back nearly 80 years in the Buckeye Community. Local Non-Profits are invited to host traditional carnival style games and activities to raise money for their organization. It's old-fashioned family-fun with something for everyone!
Buckeye Marathon @ the Buckeye Airport (3000 S. Palo Verde Rd.)
Saturday, January 2021|8 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Join us for the 7th Annual Buckeye Marathon, Half, 10K, 5K, and Obstacle Course. Known for its downhill and fast course (marathoners will drop over 530 feet in elevation from the start to finish), the marathon route starts in the community of Sun City Festival before making its way around the beautiful White Tank Mountains and ending at the runway of the Buckeye Municipal Airport. Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K runners will start and finish at the airport, with views of the White Tank Mountains on the outgoing section of the out-and-back courses.
