Our automated system can generate an accident report. All you need is your report number to get started. 

Police Public Records Request

The Records Division maintains copies of departmental reports and is responsible for addressing records requests made by the general public and other law enforcement or criminal justice agencies.

Records Division hours: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., except holidays.

A Copy of a Report Can Be Obtained Five Ways:

1. Online

Fill out the request online and send directly to the Buckeye Police Department.

2. Walk-In

Come to the lobby of the Buckeye Police Department on West Yuma Rd. and complete a BPD Public Records Request Form (BPD 07-035).

3. Email

Download and print out a BPD Public Records Request Form. Complete the form and email to bpdrecords@buckeyeaz.gov.

4. Mail

Download and print out a BPD Public Records Request Form. Complete the form and mail, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

5. Fax

Citizens have the option of having the report picked up in person, mailed or faxed or emailed after payment is made.

We suggest you call the Records Division at 623-349-6401 prior to mailing a request for information, as there may be a fee involved. Please provide the report number for the report in question when making a request.

Requests normally take up to 10 business days to complete.
