How to: Trash and Recycle cart repair self-scheduling
You may call our customer service line at 623-349-6100, or you may enter your own service request.
All cart repair requests will occur two weeks after the request date. Our technician schedules to be in each zone once per week as seen in the map below (example: a service request for a home in Tartesso, Zone 8, made in the week of June 18, 2018, will occur two weeks later, on Tuesday, July 3, 2018).
Please complete the form below, and place out your cart, accessible from the street, the night before the scheduled service request. If you forget to put out your cart, you will need to reschedule.
Reminder: Recycle carts are blue, trash carts are tan.
