How to: Trash and Recycle Cart Repair Self-Scheduling
You may call our customer service line at 623-349-6100 or you may enter your own service request using the form below.
All cart repair requests will occur within two weeks after the request has been received. Our technician's schedule allows us to be in each zone once per week as seen in the map below (example: a service request for a home in Tartesso, Zone 8, made in the week of June 18, 2019, will occur within two weeks later, on Tuesday, July 3, 2019).
Please complete the form below, and place out your cart, accessible from the street, the night before the scheduled service request. If you forget to put out your cart, you will need to reschedule.
NOTE: Only submit one service request per solid waste cart. Use only the online form OR the customer service phone line to submit your request. Submitting both a service request online and via the phone may cause a service delay, additional deliveries, and possibly billing for extra cart service.
Reminder: Recycle carts are blue, trash carts are tan.
