The final transition to our new and improved billing and customer management system is here!  All water, sewer and trash customers have already received their first paper bill in the mail. 

Once you receive your first paper bill, you will be able to access the new Customer Self Service portal.

Your New Account Number and Customer ID Number are on this bill and you need this information to access the CSS portal and sign up to make one-time and automated payments.

Remember – If you normally pay your month bill through your bank (online banking) you will need to update your Payee information for the city with your new account number.
