Online Bill Pay

The final transition to our new and improved billing and customer management system is complete. 

You will need your paper bill to locate your Account Number and Customer ID Number. This information is required to access the CSS portal and sign up to make one-time and automated payments.

Remember – If you normally pay your monthly bill through your bank (online banking) you will need to update your Payee information for the city with your new account number.
