Effective with all Billing Cycles in the month of February 2020, customers with a deposit on their utility account and have twelve months of consecutive on-time payments will have their deposit automatically credited to their account.  In the past, customers who met this criteria were required to send a written notification to the Utility Billing Office and wait for the credit to appear on their next cycle’s billing statement.  This automation will now occur during their customers cycle billing and will appear on the billing statement, if eligibility is met. The City of Buckeye’s Utility Billing and Customer Service looks forward to enhancing  processes and technology to better serve their Citizens.
