Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Please have all documents ready and all necessary individuals present prior to your appointment.

All appointments are based on available time slots. If no appointments appear on the calendar, then we are fully booked. Current passport processing times are four to six weeks (expedited processing is two to three weeks). Processing times do not include mail times and are subject to change.

If you are travelling within 14 calendar days, and need a passport immediately, you may apply in person at the Western Passport Agency. To make an appointment, call the National Passport Center, 877-487-2778.

We do not accept renewal applications. For more information on renewals visit travel.state.gov.

  • U.S Passport Applications (DS-11) filled out in black ink and single sided
  • Valid government photo ID (drivers license, identification card, military etc.)
  • Original or certified copy of birth certificate or naturalization
  • Passport photos (available at Walgreens, CVS, UPS etc.)
  • Check or money order paid to “U.S Department of State”
  • $35 Acceptance Fee paid at time of your appointment by credit or debit card

Applicant age 16 - 17:

  • One parent must be present or check filled out and signed by parent

Applicant age 15 or under:

  • All parents listed on birth certificate must be present or Statement of Consent Form (DS-3053) signed, notarized and copy of ID for parents who can’t make it
If any of the required forms or individuals are not available at the time of your appointment, you will need to reschedule.
